My name is Ebenezer Kwame Yeboah born on the 26th
day of November, 1993 at the University Hospital in Accra. I hail from Kapro
on the Barekese road in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
I attended University of Ghana in the years 2013 and I
read Political Science with the Study of Religions. I completed in May 2017
and I have done my National Service with The Nursing and Midwifery Council of
Ghana.
I have also worked with a friend in his start up business
(LAHNA Consult) as a marketing personnel. I have worked with The National
Identification Authority as a Coordinating Registration Officer for a period
of four (4) months.
I am an easy-going person, honest and respectful,
self-motivated, hardworking, a team player and always willing to learn.
I have basic skills in SPSS, logo and graphic designing.
I love photography, cooking, hanging out with friends,
playing snooker, browsing and reading.

Why do you want to work with Easy Track Ghana?
|
Reading about Easy Track Ghana I was fascinated by how it
all started and the philosophy behind the creation of the company which is to
develop people and help alleviate poverty. I also love the philosophy of
“keep it in Ghana”. I am someone who
is passionate about learning new ideas and skills and helping people so I saw
an opportunity with Easy Track Ghana to make this happen and I also love the
team work and the drive to achieve results. I believe by imbibing with the
core values of Easy Track Ghana and bringing my little knowledge and skills
on board I can contribute effectively to the realization of the company’s
goals.

What is your profession? What work experience do you have?

I aim to become a career Diplomat and a Policy Analyst and
I have worked with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana as a Record
Officer. I have also worked with The National Identification of Ghana as a
Coordinating Registration Officer. These positions I have held have helped to
build my confidence and have also helped me to better manage my time and
relate effectively with people by being more tolerant and accommodating

I have some experience with foreigners when I was working
as a Coordinating Registration Officer with the National Identification

Cape Coast Castle and the Mole National Park

Describe how you like to move in life.
|
I like to learn first by gathering enough information,
developing skills and putting down plans and actions to implement plans.
Getting expertise knowledge or professional advice where
necessary, implementing plans and doing proper evaluation both ex-ante and
post and learning from mistakes to improve.

|
I am good at leading a group, preparing a to do list,
doing operational work, cooking and playing snooker.

Do you like to be around people?
|
Yes, I love to hang around with friends and I love to meet
new people as well. I also love to work with teams.

How would you describe the relationship between you and the
community where you live?

A friendly one where people get to meet and share ideas
and help each other, in fact we love to live for each other.

belong to any community-based organizations?

I have worked with the La Nkwantanang Madina Municipal
Assembly (LANMMA) as a facilitator under the Non-Formal Department. I also
belong to my church’s project committee and I have also been teaching my
brothers and their friends when they come back from school
